Since my hip replacement and the final stage of my weight loss, I have started receiving a lot more 🔥 emojis and comments on Instagram from both men and women, often expressing surprise at how much my body has changed. But this transformation did not begin with my hip replacement, and it certainly did not begin with the photographs people see now. It started years ago, during lockdown.
